THE CAT IS OUTTA THE BAG!!! My hands are literally shaking as I write this because I truly can’t even believe it’s real. After nearly five years of stocking restaurants with cake slices, accepting hundreds of special orders, and popping up at several different locations around the city of Chicago, I have finally secured a retail space and signed a five year lease for my vegan bakery! Those of you who have been following since day one know how many ups and downs I’ve faced while chasing this dream of mine, and the thought of knowing for once that things are set in stone and can’t be taken away from me seriously brings tears to my eyes. I am absolutely overjoyed that things have finally fallen into place, after years of moving from kitchen to kitchen and never feeling secure or grounded where I'm at.
